Biography

Arthur arrived in Australia in the early 1920s and came to Cowaramup at the age of 10 with his family in 1923. He enlisted for war service on 5 Apr 1941 at Claremont in Perth. His next of kin was Ernest Walton and he held the rank of Private with the 7 RFS 2/23.

Arthur was a prisoner of war in Italy and returned to Cowaramup and farming pursuits.
