Son of Thomas George EDWARDS and Charlotte EDWARDS nee DOLAN, 70 Farrant Street, Prospect, South Australia
Private A. J. EDWARDS was killed in action on May 6 (previously reported missing on that date). He was the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. T. Edwards, of Farrant-street. He was born at Prospect, and was 27 years of age. He entered the S.A.R. at the age of 15, and remained for seven years, when he was employed by the late Sir Samuel Way, staying until his Honor died. Private edwards enlisted on August 16, 1916, and embarked in October. He will be sadly missed by his many friends.
