Joseph Harold BURZACOTT was born on the 20th July 1889 to parents Thomas BURZACOTT and Hannah KEMP. Joseph was their 4th of 10 children.
Joseph enlisted on the 18th of April, the same day as his younger brother SN 6221 Private Albert Edward BURZACOTT.
Joseph died in camp on the 6th August 1916 of CerebroMeningitis and was buried in the West terrace Cemetery and is remembered on the Adelaide War Memorial.
