Son of John August Ohlson and Annie Ohlson of 'Oak Hill', Wagner Street, Atrncliffe, NSW.

Brother of Albert Ohlson who returned to Australia on 1 July 1919 having served with the 7th Field Artillery Brigade

Commenced return to Australia on 12 April 1916 aboard HS Karoola disembarking on 12 May 1916

Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal

In 1919 Anton played cricket with the the St. George Cricket in a team know as 'The Diggers' which consisted of those who served with then AIF in WW1. It was held on the day of unveiling on the Roll of Honour which has unfortunately has since been lost. In 2022 an attempt was being made to reproduced the Roll of Honour.
