Dudley Thomas Fulton was born in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia on April 21, 1922. He enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy on March 27, 1945, and fought in World War 2. He was discharged on November 18, 1946. At the time, his home port was Sydney and his posting was HMAS Penguin. His rank was MMIV. He died in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia on January 16, 1987.
