Arrived in Western Australia from Greece in approximatley 1911. He worked as a waiter for about 12 months before shifting to NSW where he continued to work as a waiter at a resturant at 37 Park Street, Sydney, NSW

On the 18 August 1914 he took the Oath of Allegience. Certificate of Naturalization was number 20607

Greek spelling of his name was Pantelis Pannagioty

Next of kin given as his father Peter Rados of 26 Arcades Avenue, Athens, Greece. Brother of Nick Rados of Athens, Greece later of Atlantic City, USA. Also brother of Marika Rados, Aritho Rados, Somaro Rados and Georgoria Rados.
