Guy moved to Australia in 1966 and had previous servcie as a Lieutenant in the Queens Own Rifles of Canada Service No. 17424
He married Jillian Jean Clayton and had a son Samuel Andrew MacKenzie.
They were married for over 40 years.
He retired from the Army with the rank of Major.
Guy was the Last President/Secretary of the Southport & Districts Sub-branch, VVAA.
