7 Dec 1984: Embarked Royal Australian Navy, R107453, HMAS Jervis Bay ( former MV Australian Trader) was my final posting at sea. Posted off Jervis Bay in March 1986 to Command Legal in Liverpool St Sydney
15 Jul 2005: Discharged Royal Australian Navy, Chief Writer , R107453, My absolute final day in the PNF/Reserves was 15 July 2005 I discharged as a Chief Petty Officer Writer with a DFRDB 27 year super pension for life.

During Lindsay Phillip Lake's service from 02 Apr 70 to 15 July 2005 he was married & divorced twice. 

 

I was awarded a 2 Star Commendation in December 1984 for exceptional service as the Senior sailor in charge of Pay & Accounts Office, HMAS Moreton at New  Farm, QLD.
