Add my storyBiography contributed by Ian Fox
During WW1, Eric served with the AIF at Gallipoli and in France. He was wounded four times.
When Eric enlisted with the Volunteer Defence Corp in WW2, he was required, like all volunteers, to submit a medical history. He stated: "trouble with lung from wound last war" and noted that he was "shell shocked, wounded in chest, shoulder and back". He did not mention the wounds to his wrist.
