Biography

George Henry Jackson, born Kempsey NSW 15th July 1898. Son of Frederick James Jackson and Charlotte Ellen  (nee Avery). One of five children.
Enlisted in the Army on 9th August 1916. KIA on 28th October 1917 at Ypres, Belgium. Buried at Belgium Battery Corner, Ypres. His name is on the War Memorial at Kempsey. - Yvonne Toomey
