Jacob ‘Jack’ Wieringa died peacefully on Wednesday 3 November 2021 in his home town of Tailem Bend, South Australi.
Jack was deployed to Vietnam with the Mortar Platoon on 6 May 1966 and served there until his return to Australia on 9 May 1967. He served for many years as a Federal Police officer in South Australia.
