Served Admin. Headquarters, London. Captain. Awarded OBE see London Gazette June 3 1919 and Aust. Gazette 6 Oct 1919. He married in London June 1919 Hilda Sheehan. No children. He was a son of Mary Sethina West and Herman E. Franz Lampe b. 1861 Victoria, who married 1884.
