Samuel Ernest Hunn
Sam was the sixth of seven children of Albert Hunn and Mary Louisa Button. His father passed away in 1912, aged 62. At the time of his enlistment his elder brother had passed away leaving Sam as the main support for his widowed mother and sister.

Cemetery Details - buried 348 Rue-Du-Bois Military Cemetery Flourbaix, France, by Rev. J. E. Rogers. This cemetery is at Fleurbaix, five kilometres south west of Armentieres. Buried on 11.6.1916. His gravestone is inscribed “In loving memory of “Sam” youngest son of NL and the Late A Hunn”
