Between 2 April 1919 and 28 July 1919 he studied Commercial Ar & Signwriting in the London School of Art, Stratford Stiudio, Stratford Road, Kensington, London, England

Commenced return to Australia on 18 December 1919 aboard HT Konigin Luise
