Son of Margaret Fellowes. Next of kin was given as his sister Sarah Fellowes of Charters Towers, QLD
3 June 1916 - to hospital with Pulmonary Tuberculosis
5 July 1916 - returned to Australia on board H.S.Karoola for discharge.
