Son of Robert BLAIR and Elizabeth nee STEWART, Main Street, Proserpine, Qld.
The death has occurred at Innisfail of Mr. James Gibson Blair, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Blair (of Proserpine). The deceased, who was 29 years of age, was born at Bowen, and educated at the Townsville Grammar School. He was a member of the Ninth Battalion, and saw three years' active service with that unit, being wounded on two occasions. For some months he had acted as Postmaster at Tully.
