Central Yorke School began in 2017 with the amalgamation of Maitland Area School, Point Pearce Aboriginal School and the Maitland Children’s Centre. This amalgamation resulted in Central Yorke School becoming a Birth to Year 12 school. The school has campuses in Maitland and Point Pearce. We are a specialist Music school, focus Agricultural Studies school and focus SAASTA school and believe in Learning Together and Making a Difference.
