Pte 2819 Harry Trahair was wounded 5 May 1917 at Second Bullecourt (GSW to both legs - fractured). He was evacuated to the 6th General Hospital at Rouen, however gangrene had already set in and he died at Rouen of his wounds two days later on 7 May 1917.
Commemorated in Bendigo Cemetery, Victoria.
