Son  of George Jonathon Fish and Harriet E. Fish (later known as Lowery of QLD) nee Strachan of 'Alvie', Colac, Victoria. Brother of George Melrose Fish who died of wounds on 1 August 1916 while serving with the 2nd Field Ambulance and was buried in Puchevillers British Cemetery. Plot 11, Row B, Grave 64
