Son of Thomas John O'Reilly and Elizabeth Agnes  O'Reillly of Marshall Street, Stanmore, NSW. 

Next of kin given as a Mrs. Pigit of Cowles Road, Mosman, NSW

Commenced return to Australia on 10 March 1918 aboard SS Durham Castle. On 19 April 1918 Tom re-embarked HT Orontes at Capetown for onward travel to Australia
