No record of a birth in Woolwich of a Robert James Austin has been found, nor of Charles Percival in Woolwich. The nearest match is 

Adjutant 5th Div. Train Australian Army Service Corps

He was 43 and the son of James and Annie Austin; husband of Mary Ann Austin of Red Hill, Queensland.

He died post-discharge from a fall itself caused by war wound.

He was accepted for commemoration as war dead on 19/05/2017.
