No record of a birth in Woolwich of a Robert James Austin has been found, nor of Charles Percival in Woolwich. The nearest match is

He was 43 and the son of James and Annie Austin; husband of Mary Ann Austin of Red Hill, Queensland.

He died post-discharge from a fall itself caused by war wound.
