John Wadham MORGAN was born in Sydney in 1894

His parents were John Wadham MORGAN & Sarah O'BRIEN

He married Elizabeth REEDY in Sydney in 1915 - one son John born 1916

He enlisted in Holdsworthy, NSW on 22nd September, 1915 and embarked from Sydney on the HMAT Berrima on 17th December, 1915 with the 30th Infantry Battalion, 2nd Reinforcements - his last rank was Corporal with the 13th Infantry Battalion

He was Killed in Action in France on 19th August, 1918 and is buried in the Assevillers New British Cemetery
