BALL - In fond memory of my dear husband and my daddy, Robert John Trembath Ball (Bob), died of wounds at Etaples, France February 21, 1918.

Left behind we wait in trust,
Till the resurrection day.
Father, in thy gracious keeping
Leave we now Thy servant sleeping.

Inserted by his loving wife, Winifred, and little daughter, Audrey.

Robert John Trembath BALL was born in Sydney in 1886 under the surname BALLS - he served under BALL

His parents were Robert BALLS & Sarah GRAYTHER who married in Sydney in 1882

Member of the Prosperity 278 Lodge

He married Winifred Gladys GARDINER on 3rd April, 1912 in St Andrews Cathedral, Sydney - one daughter Winifred born 1914

Robert died of wounds in France on 21st February, 1918 and is buried in the Etaples Military Cemetery
