The school teachers son

Allen Harris Pickering, son of Charles Harper and Ruth Pickering (nee Harris), had a sister Jessie Alma. Charles was a school teacher and so the family had moved around NSW a great deal with that profession.
I understand that Allen was working as a farmer at Binnaway NSW when he enlisted in the 45th Btn. AIF. They left Sydney on HMAT Marathon on 10th May 1917.
He was killed in action in france on 28th April, 1918, then aged 25 and is buried at the Adelaide Cemetery, Villers-Bretonneux in Plot 111.
