Darcy Merle WYNN was born in Paterson, New South Wales in 1892
His parents were Albert Henry WYNN & Alice May MAHER who married in 1892 (registered in West Maitland)
He married Mary O'BRIEN in 1913 and had one son John J (Jack)
He enlisted in Newcastle on 25th July, 1915 and embarked from Sydney on the HMAT Beltana on 9th November, 1915 with the 30th Infantry Battalion, B Company
Darcy was listing as missing, then Killed in Action at Morlancourt, France on 23rd June, 1918 - he has no known grave
His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial & the Villers Bretonneux Memorial

Darcys brother John Cyril WYNN (SN2485) was also Killed in Action on 20th July, 1916
