Husband of Catherine Annie Owen nee French of Colebrook, Kingston, Tasmania. Albert and Catherine married on 9 June 1909 in St. Mary's Cathedral, Hobart, Tasmania. Father of Albert Edward Owen, David William Owen, Arthur Reginald Owen and Joyce Kathleen Cecily Owen.
