Add my storyBiography
"Mrs. J. H. Dardel, of Batesford, has had letters from her three sons. Gnr. Frank Dardel describes the heavy fighting he had just been through; he is with the howitzers. Air-Cadet E. W.Dardel is in a flying school, and J. H.Dardel, E.R.A., who is on the ''Sydney," expects to be home soon. He participated in the German naval surrender." - from the Geelong Advertiser 20 Dec 1918 (nla.gov.au)
