22/1/1917   appointed to 19/27th Infantry Battalion
24/1/1917   Embarked from Port Adelaide onboard HMAT A28 Militades.
23/7/1917   disembarked into Devonport, England
28/11/1917  proceeded o/s to France, ex Folkestone, England
18/3/1918    taken on strength into 27th Infantry, from reinforcements

4/1/1919      returned to Australia onboard Morvada
10/5/1919     discharged  (total service 2yrs, 183 days)
