Note "Temp Card" lists Herbert Allison as discharged on 30 March 1919. However Dept of Vet Affairs attested death was as a result of active service and he died before the cut off date. Recorded as an "omission" name to included on roll in due course. Authority 746/12/2 VII Folio 47 and 7460203 Folios 1 & 2
