Son of Joseph Zoch and Annie Zoch nee Skene of Brooklyn, Arcadia, Victoria.  Brother of Stephen Henry Zoch, Helen Jane Zoch, Constance Patricia A. Zoch, Annie Zoch, Lilian Hart Zoch, Phillip Ambrose Zoch and May Veronica

On 18 December 1916 he signed a Statutory Declaration that he had assumed his correct name of Thomas Henry Zoch
