Biography contributed by Faithe Jones

Son of William and Caroline Sarah FERGUSON, Beverley, Western Australia.

After two years' service with the Australian forces in France. Private Arthur Percival Ferguson, of the 32nd Battalion, has been killed in action. He was the fifth son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Ferguson, formerly of Maryborough, but now of Beverley (W.A.). The deceased soldier was well and popularly known in Maryborough, where many of his relatives still reside. Three of his brothers-Private George, Peter and Edward Ferguson are on active service. The last named whose wife resides in Albert Parade, was recently reported to be suffering from debility, but latest assurance to hand states that he is now convalescent. Mr. J. Ferguson, of High street, is a brother to those already mentioned.
