Son of Andrew Powell Yeates who died of wounds received at Lone Pine and has no know grave. His name appears on the Lone Pine Memorial Panel 9

Returned to Australia on aboard HT Boonah disembarking on the 8 June 1919 before being transhipped aboard Sardinia to Brisbane
