46th Bn. Australian Infantry, A.I.F.
He was 25 and the son of George and Mary Brown, of 37, Aitken St., Kirkcaldy, Scotland. He is one of some 20 Australian casualties of the Great War who are commemorated on the Kirkcaldy War Memorial.
