MR. J. MILLS DEAD.
Mr, James Mills, of the Mills Advertising Service, who had been an in-mate of St Martin's Hospital for the last 12 months, died last night at the age of 40. Mr. Mills, who was a son of the late Mr. A. J. Mills and Mrs. Mills, was born in Brisbane, and saw service with the 41st Battalion In the Great War. Upon his return he was employed as a storekeeper at Aratula and later at Northgate. He was a member of the Queensland Grocers' Association, the Stephens sub-branch of the Returned Sailors and Soldiers' imperial League, the Sandgate Masonic Lodge, and the Protestant Alliance Friendly Society, and for many years he was a member of the 'Sandgate Yacht Club. He leaves a widow and two children.
