Son of Henry Charles Cooper and Evelyn Joyce Cooper nee Caporn of 'Kia Ora', Hector Street, Osborne Park, WA

Attempted to enlist on 18 February 1915 but was not accepted following a letter from his father stating he he was under age

Commenced return to Australia on 1 June 1919 aboard HT Somali as nursing staff disembarking on 8 July 1919

During 1920c Henry married Laurel B. Thompson in Perth, WA
