News has been received in town that Pte. Patrick Duggan, of Shepparton, whose parents reside at the Village Settlement, has been killed in action in France. He was formerly employed with Mr. Beckham, of Shepparton estate. Pte. Duggan's married sisters residing in Shepparton are Mrs. Rule and Mrs. A. T. Maskell.
