Son of Henry and Isabella Faulds of 6 Regent Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, England

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal

Before becoming a seaman he worked as a clerk which he did not like; he also studied Mathmatics at home
