Alexander's WW2 Australian Army service record [V6390] indicates that his birth date was 22 September 1884. However, the only Alexander Kennedy born in or near Birregurra in this period was born in 1882 [parents: Alexander Kennedy and Margaret (McDonald) Kennedy].
