Brother of James Matthew O'Keefe who returned to Australia on 6 August 1919 having served with the 5th Pioneer Battalion; Daniel O'Keefe who returned to Australia on 7 June 1917 having served with the 19th Battalion; John O'Keefe who returned to Australia on 14 May 1919 having served with the 1st Pioneer Battalion; Edward Henry O'Keefe who returned to Australia on 1 August 1918 having served with the 5th Pioneer Battalion
