Son of Frederick Frith and Emily Clara Frith nee Dean of Armadale, Victoria. Brother of Ethel Violet Frith, Percy Flinders Frith and Harold Murray Frith
Commenced return to Australia on 13 March 1918 aboard HT Tofua for discharge due to premature senility disembarking on 14 June 1918
