I am about to visit Gallipoli may 2023 and seeing a picture of the man Im going to honour and remember is stunning , My Great grandfather was the brother of George Brown

Ian Brown , Great grandfathers

George Brown was my great Grandfathers brother , i am visiting Gallipoli in May of this year 2023 to visit the battlefield where George fell .

His brother John Brown also fought with the AIF , service number 4070 , he won the MM in northern France and survived the war to live in NSW

DC Daniel Charles Brown , another brother fought with 231 Army troop company Royal engineers 105109

My Great Grandfather Henry Daniel Brown , also a brother , fought in WWI , family legend says in the Royal engineers, sadly it seems as if his records were lost burn in the blitz !
