BROTHERS MEET AT WAR.
Lance-Corporal Fred Taylor (signaller), of Monteagle, writing to his mother, dated 7th June, says:- “I have been in action now six weeks, and have been slightly wounded in the knee by a shrapnel bullet, but I am quite well otherwise. I met Charlie (Brother), two days after he landed here. I was pleased to meet him, I tell you; fancy, the last time we met I was  at home in October last, he looks well. I received a letter from you also one from Mary, since I last wrote to you. I would be pleased to get some papers at any time, also some cigarettes would be handy. Love to all old friends, from — FRED.”
