Parents: - Joseph Atkinson Holdsworth and Emily Jane Ocock married 4th September 1877 in St John's Church, Brisbane, Queensland.

Wife: ---Eunice Wood married 1st September 1923, All Saints Church, Wickham Terrace, Brisbane, Queensland.

Fate:- Returned to Australia via "Karoola", 23rd July 1917 and discharged on 3rd November 1917 on medical grounds, amputation of right leg, just below the knee.
