Unit embarked from Hobart, Tasmania on board Transport A2 Geelong on 20 October 1914.
Served Dardanelles, gunshot wound, concussion of spine 29 April 1915.
Returned to Australia per Ballarat 3 July 1915.
Discharged medically unfit 10 November 1915.
Commemorated on Cromer Honor Board, located at Mount Pleasant Soldiers' Memorial Hall, Mount Pleasant Anglican Church Honor Board,, Gumeracha Roll of Honor.
