No. 1096 Corporal Albert Yuba Solomon, born Norwood, South Australia. Enlisted 16th Batallion. Wounded in action at the Dardenelles on 9 May, 1915. He returned to Australia and served in the Home Service for 9 months and before re-enlistingon 6 December, 1916. He served in the 43rd Battalion before being discharged on 9 December, 1917.
