🌺🇦🇺 Today I come with respect to honor the memory of Private Number 4297 Clarence Cook who fought in the 12th Australian Infantry Battalion, 13th Reinforcement and then in the 52nd Battalion and died on 6 September 1916 as a result of his wounds received at the head at the age of 22.The private Clarence Cook now rests in peace at the Puchevillers British Cemetery on the lands of the Somme for which he fought with courage and his memory will never be forgotten. Thank you sir for all that you did for us, for our future, for a world in peace and I present you my most sincere gratitude and respect.Lest we forget 🌺🇦🇺
