Harley Norman MANNERS was born in Ballarat, Victoria in 1906

His parents were William George MANNERS & Margaret BROWN

He enlisted in Blackboy Hill, WA on 10th August, 1915 and embarked from Fremantle on the HMAT Ulysses on 2nd November, 1915 with the 11th Infantry Battalion, 11th Reinforcements - he returned to Australia on 23th July, 1919 & was discharged on 10th January, 1920

Harley married Margaret VIZZACOARO (VINCE) in England in 1919 (registered in Weymouth)

He died in Adelaide, South Australia on 5th May, 1959 and is buried in the Centennial Park Cemetery
