Son of William and Sarah PITT, Franklin, Tasmania

Mrs. S. J. Pitt and family desire to express their sincerest thanks to their many kind friends and relations for letters and cards and expressions of sympathy, also the Huon Municipal Council and the Loyal Franklin Lodge, and especially to thank the Rev. Cutts for his kindness and sympathy in their recent sad bereavement of the death of their son and brother, Private Walter Ernest Pitt, who was killed in action somewhere in France on the 8th of June, 1917.
