Originally embarked HMAT Mooltan with service number 2938 but had to disembark at Fremantle due to illness. Later re-embarked with a re allocated service number of 3041

Commenced return to Australia on 10 July 1919 aboard HT Oxfordshire disembarking on 17 August 1919
