About Jack
John Joseph (Jack) was born on 17-01-1892 in Broken Hill NSW and married Amy Isabel Macalister nee Flood in Lismore NSW on 10-8-1925. Jack and Amy had one child, Norma Newman nee Graves. Jack was the first Custodian of The Anzac Memorial in Hyde Park Sydney. He died in Sydney on16-3-1937 and was cremated in Northern Suburbs Crematorium. Later Amy moved to South Australia and died in 1970.
